* Congratulations to the Vancouver students who were named Washington Scholars for 2008! They are Anders Manley, Hudson's Bay High School, for Legislative District 49; Colleen Cotter, Columbia River High School, for Legislative District 49; and Erica Ellingson, Skyview High School, for Legislative District 18. Two students were selected as Washington Scholar Alternates for 2008. They are Larisa Robertson, Hudson's Bay High School, for Legislative district 49; and Ryan Jahn, Columbia River High School, for Legislative District 18. Washington Scholars receive state scholarships for up to four years of tuition at any Washington college or university.
