This year’s spring break day camps will explore the “Martial Arts Matrix,” teaching students the skills, techniques, history and theory of the martial arts. The camp begins Monday, March 31, and continues through Friday, April 4. Students can sign up for one day or the whole week. Training highlights include mental and physical conditioning, ancient concepts, technique and form. Safety and education will be emphasized.
The day camps are held from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Jim Parsley Community Center (JPCC), 4100 Plomondon Road.

Full-day option:
Students may stay at the JPCC each day after camp is over and participate in recreational activities with the Boys and Girls Club. Membership is only $15 for a full year. Boys and Girls Club activities are available until 6 p.m. during spring break. For more information about Boys and Girls Club call 313-4960.
