Organization Ideas/Development - Conventions
	Score from the bottom up. Each substage assumes proficiency of skills for the preceding substage.
P4	.3	Paragraphs are present. Some clear sequencing of sentences appear inside the paragraph.
	.2	Paragraph forms with sequences of events. Typically has one paragraph.
	.1	Has a recognizable, beginning, middle, and end.
P3	.3	Has a recognizable beginning and middle. Connections between ideas can be inferred. Occasionally shows logical order.
	.2	Thought units are grouped with supporting details and a clear beginning. Placement or relevance of some details occasionally confusing because of lack of clear idea connections or transitions.
	.1	Introductory thought unit with one or more supporting details. No real sense of beginning and development of middle.
P2	.5	Related thought units with details.
	.4	Related thought units in list form.
	.3	Unrelated thought units.

	.1	Random letters or word(s).
P1	.3	Picture has prominence and details lend support to it.
